Documents required for Sign Up
GST Certificate
GST Certificate registered on your business name needs to be submitted.
Address Proof
Address proof of registered business address, as well as warehouse address proof, needs to be shared. It should be attested by the authorized signatory of the business. The address proof should be on company’s name or on proprietor’s name (In the case of sole proprietorship).
PAN Card
PAN card should be in the name of the business {Exception: sole proprietorship}. PAN card copy should be attested (signed and stamped) by the authorized signatory of the business.
Cancelled Cheque
Cancelled cheque from company’s bank account for verification is needed. Cheque should be in the name of the registered business name. If a business name is not present, company stamp should be printed on the cancelled cheque, or self-declaration should be attached to the company letter along with the cheque. In the case of absence of cancelled cheque, the authorization from the bank with bank details mentioned on bank letterhead with signature and stamp of authorized signatory can be considered.
Brand Authorization Letter/Trademark Certificate
Trademark Certificate of your brand in the name of the company is needed. If you are an authorized seller/Re-seller of a particular brand, please share authorization letter from the brand, stating that you are authorized to sell that brand on Paytm Mall.
In case the company is Pvt. Ltd. or partnership, then only current account details will be entertained, requests for saving account update will not be entertained.
